Better Grades

Results. It's not a word you associate with summer camp, but it's what parents have come to expect when they send their kids to SuperCamp. The results come in many forms, but one of the most measurable ways is in better grades.

Quantitative studies with over 6,000 SuperCamp graduates have shown that 73 percent of graduates achieve a higher GPA following SuperCamp. Higher GPA
There is a lot of discussion regarding the pressure students are under to attain better grades and a higher GPA. SuperCamp helps relieve this pressure to gain better grades by teaching students learning-to-learn skills and imparting a lifelong love of learning. After 10 days at SuperCamp (or 7 days at our Junior Forum camp), learning does become easier. For one reason, campers discover their personal learning style. They also gain several new study techniques techniques, as well as note-taking tips, memorization skills and much more, all of which can contribute to a student getting better grades and a higher GPA.

Student Success
There is no getting around the fact that the competition to get into the best colleges hinges on getting better grades than the majority of other high school students. Whether it means moving from C's and D's to B's or from B's to A's, higher grades contribute to student success. Let's face it; a higher GPA used to be a 3.8 or 3.9. Now, with AP classes, a higher GPA is more like a 4.4 or 4.5.
